1. How VioHi Collects and Uses Your Information
Your information means any information recorded in electronic or other form that can be used alone or in combination with other information to identify a specific natural person, or reflect the activities of a specific natural person, as well as information reflecting the identity of a non-natural person or specific activities. The information covered by this Privacy Policy includes: basic information (including name, date of birth, gender, address, personal telephone number and email address); personal identification information (including national ID card, military officer certificate, passport, driving license, etc.); facial features; network identity information (including account, IP address, email address and related passwords, passcodes and security questions and answers); personal property information (transaction and consumption records, as well as virtual property information such as balances and coupons); contacts; personal browsing records (including website browsing records, software usage records and click records); personal device information (including hardware model, device MAC address, operating system type, and unique device identifiers in the software list, such as IMEI/Android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID, SIM card IMSI information, and other information describing the basic circumstances of commonly used devices); personal location information (including itinerary information, precise location information, accommodation information, longitude and latitude, etc.), as well as information other than publicly available non-natural person information.
Sensitive information refers to information that, once leaked, illegally provided or misused, may endanger personal and property safety, or easily lead to damage to reputation, physical and mental health, or discriminatory treatment. Sensitive information covered by this Privacy Policy includes: your property information (including transaction records and balances, virtual property information such as coupons); facial recognition features; personal identification information (including national ID card, military officer certificate, passport, driving license and household registration booklet); network identity information (including account name, account nickname, email address and related passwords and password protection questions and answers); and other information (including contacts, personal telephone numbers, mobile phone numbers, itinerary information, webpage browsing records, accommodation information and precise location information).
VioHi collects and uses your information only for the following purposes:
(1) Circumstances in which you are required to authorize VioHi to collect and use your information
VioHi's products and/or services include certain core functions, which comprise the functions necessary to provide online services, to improve VioHi's products and/or services, and to ensure the security of transactions. VioHi may collect, store and use the following information related to you in order to realize these functions. If you do not provide the relevant information, you may be unable to enjoy the products and/or services provided by VioHi. These functions include:
1) Functions necessary to provide online services
(a) User registration
You must first register a VioHi account to become a VioHi user. When you register, you need to provide at least the VioHi account name you intend to use, a password, your mobile phone number and your email address (for email verification). VioHi will verify your identity by sending an SMS verification code or an email. Your account name is your default nickname. You may modify and supplement your nickname, gender, date of birth, interests and hobbies, and your real-name verification information; such information constitutes your "account information". The supplementary account information you provide helps VioHi offer you personalized product recommendations and a better shopping experience, but if you do not provide it, it will not affect your use of the basic functions of the website.
(b) Product information display and search
To help you quickly find the services you need, VioHi may collect device information from your use of VioHi's products and/or services (including device name, device model, device identifier, operating system and application version, language setting, resolution, and service provider network ID (PLMN)) and browser type, in order to provide you with the optimal way of displaying product information. VioHi also uses the above information to continuously improve and optimize the aforementioned functions.
You may also search to find precisely the services you need. VioHi will retain your search content for your convenience in re-entering it or to show you products related to your search. Please note that your search keywords alone cannot identify you and do not constitute your information; VioHi is entitled to use them for any purpose. Only when your search keywords are combined with other information about you and can identify you will VioHi, during the period of such combined use, treat them as your information and process and protect them together with your search history in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
(c) Placing an order
When you intend to purchase VioHi services, the VioHi system will generate your order. You are required to provide at least the recipient's name, delivery address and mobile phone number on the order, and the order will include the order number, the product or service information you purchased, the amount payable and the payment method. You may also provide the recipient's landline telephone and email address to add more contact methods to ensure accurate delivery, but failing to provide this information will not affect the generation of your order.
All of the above information constitutes your "order information". VioHi will use your order information to verify your identity, confirm the transaction, settle payment, complete delivery, look up your orders, and provide customer service consultation and after-sales support. VioHi also uses your order information to determine whether your transaction is abnormal, in order to protect the security of your transactions.
(d) Delivering products or providing services
After you place an order and choose a payment method, an affiliate of VioHi or a third-party logistics company cooperating with VioHi will complete the delivery of your order. You acknowledge and agree that such affiliates or third-party logistics companies will use your order information in the above process to ensure that the products you ordered are delivered safely.
While VioHi or its affiliates/partners provide services to you, and based on the requirements of real-name authentication under certain business or legal requirements, they will assist you in completing real-name authentication. In this process, VioHi uses your ID card for identity verification through the dedicated equipment of a nationally authorized certification body. VioHi does not collect your ID card information, and VioHi's delivery staff are required to comply with the company's confidentiality regulations.
(e) Customer service and after-sales functions
VioHi's telephone customer service and after-sales functions use your account information and order information.
To ensure the security of your account, VioHi's telephone and online customer service will use your account information to verify your identity. When you require customer service and after-sales support related to your order information, VioHi will look up your order information. When communicating with VioHi's customer service staff, you may provide other information in addition to the above, such as when you request a change to your delivery address, contact person or contact telephone number.
2) Functions necessary to improve VioHi's products and/or services
VioHi may collect your order information, browsing information and preferences for data analysis to build user profiles, in order to display services you may be interested in, or to show you services you may wish to find when you search. VioHi may also obtain other information reasonably necessary to provide and improve the quality of its services, including information you provide when contacting customer service, questionnaire responses you send to VioHi when participating in surveys, and information VioHi obtains from your interactions with VioHi's affiliates and partners. VioHi may link information collected from your various devices in order to provide consistent services across these devices. VioHi may combine information from one service with information from other services to provide you with services, personalized content and recommendations.
3) Functions necessary to ensure transaction security
To improve the security of VioHi's products and/or services, prevent phishing fraud more accurately and protect account security, VioHi may assess the risk to your account by understanding your browsing information, order information, commonly used software information and device information, and may record URLs that VioHi considers risky. VioHi also collects your device information to analyze VioHi system issues, measure traffic and identify potential risks, and to investigate when you choose to send abnormal information to VioHi.
(2) Circumstances in which you may choose whether to authorize VioHi to collect and use your information
1. To make your use of the services more convenient and improve your experience of VioHi services, the following additional functions of VioHi may involve the collection and use of your information. If you do not provide such personal information, you may still use the services, but you may be unable to use certain additional functions, or may need to re-enter some information when using certain services.
(3) You fully understand that VioHi may collect and use your information without obtaining your separate consent in the following circumstances:
1. Where it is related to national security or national defense security;
2. Where it is related to public security, public health or major public interests;
3. Where it is related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial or execution of judgments;
4. Where it is necessary to protect the life, property or other major legitimate rights and interests of the information subject or other persons, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person concerned;
5. Where the information collected is information that the information subject has disclosed to the public;
6. Where the information is collected from lawfully publicly disclosed information, such as lawful news reports, disclosure by government authorities, etc.;
7. Where it is necessary for concluding a contract at your request;
8. Where it is necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of the provided products and/or services, for example, to detect and handle faults in the products and/or services;
9. Where it is necessary for lawful news reporting;

(4) Circumstances in which VioHi obtains your information from third parties
VioHi may obtain account information (such as avatar and nickname) that you have authorized third parties to share, and, after you agree to this Privacy Policy, bind your third-party account to your VioHi account so that you can log in to and use VioHi's products and/or services directly through your third-party account. VioHi will confirm the lawfulness of the source of the information in accordance with its agreements with third parties, and use such information only where it complies with applicable laws and regulations.
(5) Rules for the use of your information
1. VioHi uses the information collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy and to realize the functions of VioHi's products and/or services.
2. After collecting your information, VioHi will de-identify the data through technical means; de-identified information cannot identify the subject. You understand and agree that VioHi is entitled to use the de-identified information in this case, and, without disclosing your personal information, to analyze and commercially exploit user databases.
3. Please note that all information you provide while using VioHi's products and/or services will continue to authorize VioHi to use it for the duration of your use, unless you delete it or refuse VioHi's collection through system settings. When you cancel your account, VioHi will stop using and delete your information.
4. VioHi will carry out statistics on the use of its products and/or services and may share these statistics with the public or third parties to show the overall usage trends of its products and/or services. Such statistics do not contain any personally identifiable information.
5. When displaying your information, VioHi will adopt measures including content replacement and anonymization to protect the security of your information.
6. When VioHi intends to use your information for other purposes not specified in this Policy, or use information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, it will obtain your prior consent through a voluntary opt-in action.
2. How VioHi Uses Cookies and Similar Technologies
(1) Use of cookies
1. To achieve a personalized experience in your online interactions and provide you with a more convenient access experience, VioHi may send one or more small data files called cookies to your computer or mobile device. The cookies assigned to you are unique and can only be read by the web server of the domain that issued them to you. VioHi sends cookies to you to simplify your repeated login steps, store data such as your shopping preferences or the products in your shopping cart to provide you with shopping preference settings, help optimize your selection of and interaction with advertisements, and help determine your login status and account or data security.
2. VioHi will not use cookies for any purpose other than those described in this Privacy Policy. You may manage or delete cookies according to your own preferences. You can clear all cookies stored on your computer; most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser settings to reject cookies according to your needs; you may also clear all cookies stored in the software. However, if you do so, you may need to change your settings manually on every visit to the VioHi website, and the information you previously recorded will also be deleted, which may have a certain impact on the security of the services you use.
(2) Use of web beacons and similar technologies
In addition to cookies, VioHi also uses web beacons and other similar technologies on its website. VioHi's webpages often contain electronic images (called "single-pixel" GIF files or "web beacons"). VioHi uses web beacons in the following ways:

3. How VioHi Shares, Transfers and Publicly Discloses Your Information
(1) Sharing
1. VioHi will not share your information with any company, organization or individual outside VioHi, except in the following circumstances:
(1) Where your explicit consent or authorization has been obtained in advance;
(2) Where it is necessary to provide such information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, legal procedures, or mandatory administrative or judicial requirements;
(3) Where, within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, it is necessary to protect the interests, property or security of VioHi, VioHi's affiliates or partners, you, other VioHi users, or the public from harm;
(4) Where sharing your information is the only way to realize the core functions of VioHi's products and/or services or provide the services you need;
(5) Where it is necessary to handle disputes or disagreements between you and others at your request;
(6) Where it is provided in accordance with agreements you have signed with VioHi (including electronic agreements and platform rules signed online) or other legal documents;
(7) Where it is used for academic research;
(8) Where it is used in accordance with laws and regulations for social public interests.
2. VioHi may share your information with its affiliates. However, VioHi will only share necessary information, subject to the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. If an affiliate changes the purpose of processing, VioHi will seek your authorization and consent again.
3. VioHi may share your order information, account information, device information and location information with partners and other third parties in order to ensure the successful completion of the services provided to you. However, VioHi only shares your information for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific and clear purposes, and only shares the information necessary to provide the services. VioHi's partners are not entitled to use the shared information for any other purpose. VioHi's partners include the following types:
(1) VioHi's suppliers. VioHi may share your information with third parties that support VioHi's functions. VioHi may share your information and indirect user profiles formed from aggregated non-personal information with promotion partners entrusted by VioHi ("entrusting parties"), but VioHi will only provide such entrusting parties with information on the coverage and effectiveness of promotions, and will not provide your personal identity information, or will aggregate such information so that it does not identify you personally. For example, VioHi may inform such entrusting party how many people viewed their promotional information or purchased the entrusting party's products after seeing such information, or provide them with statistical information that does not identify individuals, so as to help them understand their audience or customers.

With respect to the companies, organizations and individuals with whom VioHi shares information, VioHi will sign strict confidentiality agreements requiring them to process the information obtained in accordance with VioHi's instructions, this Privacy Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
5. In order to comply with the law, enforce or apply VioHi's terms of use and other agreements, or to protect the rights, property or security of VioHi, you, or other VioHi customers, VioHi may exchange information with other companies and organizations, for example, to prevent fraudulent and other illegal activities and reduce credit risk. However, this does not include selling, renting, sharing or otherwise disclosing information for profit in breach of the commitments made in this Privacy Policy.
(2) Transfer
VioHi will not transfer your information to any company, organization or individual, except in the following circumstances:
1. Where your explicit consent or authorization has been obtained in advance;
2. Where it is necessary to provide such information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, legal procedures, or mandatory administrative or judicial requirements;
3. Where it is provided in accordance with agreements you have signed with VioHi (including electronic agreements and platform rules signed online) or other legal documents;
4. In the event of a merger, acquisition, transfer of assets or similar transaction, if the transfer of information is involved, VioHi will require the new company or organization holding your information to continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy; otherwise, VioHi will require such company or organization to seek your authorization and consent anew.
(3) Public disclosure
VioHi will publicly disclose your information only in the following circumstances and with security protection measures that meet industry standards:
1. Disclosing the information you designate, in the manner of disclosure you have explicitly agreed to, in accordance with your needs;
2. Where VioHi is required to provide your information under laws and regulations, or mandatory administrative enforcement or judicial requirements, VioHi may publicly disclose your information depending on the type of information required and the manner of disclosure. Where permitted by laws and regulations, when VioHi receives a request for disclosure of such information, it will require the party to provide the corresponding legal documents, such as a subpoena or investigation letter. VioHi firmly believes that, within the scope permitted by law, information it is asked to provide should be kept as transparent as possible. VioHi carefully reviews all requests to ensure they have a lawful basis and are limited to data that law enforcement authorities are lawfully entitled to obtain for a specific investigation purpose. To the extent permitted by laws and regulations, the documents disclosed by VioHi are protected by encryption keys.
4. How VioHi Protects and Stores Your Information
(1) Technical and other measures taken by VioHi to protect your information
VioHi attaches great importance to information security and takes all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your information:
1. Data security technical measures
VioHi adopts security protection measures that meet industry standards, including establishing reasonable institutional norms and security technologies to prevent your information from being accessed, used or modified without authorization, and to avoid data damage or loss.
VioHi's network services adopt encryption technologies such as Transport Layer Security and provide browsing services over https, ensuring the security of user data during transmission.
VioHi uses encryption technology to store user information in encrypted form and isolates it through isolation technologies.
When information is used, for example in information display and information correlation calculations, VioHi uses a variety of data de-identification technologies, including content replacement and SHA256, to enhance the security of information in use.
VioHi adopts strict data access control and multi-factor identity authentication technologies to protect information from improper use.
VioHi uses automated code security inspection and data access log analysis technologies to conduct information security audits.
2. Other security measures adopted by VioHi to protect information
VioHi manages and regulates the storage and use of information by establishing a data classification and grading system, data security management regulations and data security development regulations.
VioHi exercises comprehensive security control over data through confidentiality agreements with information handlers, monitoring and audit mechanisms.
VioHi has established a Data Security Committee with a dedicated information protection department and a data security emergency response organization to promote and safeguard information security.
Raising security awareness. VioHi also holds security and privacy protection training courses to strengthen employees' awareness of the importance of protecting information.
3. VioHi only allows employees and partners of VioHi and its affiliates who need to know such information to access it, and has set up strict access control and monitoring mechanisms for this purpose. VioHi also requires all personnel who may come into contact with your personal information to fulfill corresponding confidentiality obligations. Failure to fulfill these obligations may result in legal liability or termination of the cooperation relationship with VioHi.
4. VioHi takes all reasonable and feasible measures to ensure that it does not collect irrelevant information. VioHi retains your information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy, unless an extended retention period is required or permitted by law.
5. The Internet is not an absolutely secure environment, and it cannot be determined whether communications with other users through email, instant messaging, social software and other means are fully encrypted. VioHi recommends that when using such tools you use complex passwords and take care to protect the security of your information.
6. The Internet environment is not one hundred percent secure. VioHi will endeavor to ensure or guarantee the security of any information you send to VioHi. If VioHi's physical, technical or administrative protection facilities are damaged, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, tampering or destruction of information and damage to your legitimate rights and interests, VioHi will bear the corresponding legal liability.
7. Handling of security incidents
When conducting online transactions with third parties through the VioHi website, you will inevitably disclose your information, such as contact details or postal address, to the counterparty or potential counterparty. Please protect your information properly and provide it to others only when necessary.
To address risks such as information leakage, damage and loss, VioHi has formulated a number of systems specifying the classification and grading standards for security incidents and security vulnerabilities and the corresponding handling procedures. VioHi has also established a dedicated emergency response team for security incidents. In accordance with the security incident handling specifications, it initiates security contingency plans for different security incidents to stop losses, analyze, locate, formulate remedial measures, and cooperate with relevant departments in tracing and combating.
In the unfortunate event of an information security incident, VioHi will promptly inform you, as required by laws and regulations, of the basic situation and possible impact of the incident, the handling measures already taken or to be taken, recommendations for you to prevent and reduce risks on your own, and remedies available to you. VioHi will also promptly notify you of the relevant incident details by email, letter, telephone, push notification or other means; where it is difficult to notify each information subject individually, VioHi will publish an announcement in a reasonable and effective manner. At the same time, VioHi will proactively report the handling of the information security incident to regulatory authorities as required.
8. If you have any questions about VioHi's information protection, you may contact VioHi through the contact methods specified at the bottom of this Policy. If you discover that your information has been leaked, especially if your account and password have been compromised, please immediately contact VioHi through the contact methods specified under "How to Contact VioHi" at the bottom of this Policy, so that VioHi can take corresponding measures.
(2) Storage of your information
1. Your information will be stored in the territory of the People's Republic of China. If you use cross-border transaction services and your information needs to be transferred abroad to complete the transaction, VioHi will separately seek your authorization and consent and require the recipient to process such information in accordance with VioHi's instructions, this Privacy Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
2. Please note that after you successfully apply to cancel your VioHi account, VioHi will complete the review of your account cancellation within 48 hours of your application. After the review is passed, VioHi will delete or anonymize your information.
3. If VioHi terminates its services or operations, VioHi will notify you at least thirty days in advance and will delete or anonymize your information after the termination of services or operations.
5. How You Manage Your Information
VioHi attaches great importance to your attention to your information and does its utmost to protect your rights to access, correct, delete and withdraw consent regarding your information, so that you have full ability to protect your privacy and security. Your rights include:
1. Accessing and correcting your information
Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, you have the right to access and correct your information at any time, including:
(1) Your account information: on PC, you may view all the information you have submitted to VioHi in the "Account Settings" menu on the "My VioHi" page, and may update, through the same channel, information other than your real-name verification information (your real-name verification information is the name and ID card information you used when completing real-name verification).
(2) Your delivery information: on PC, you may add, change or delete your delivery address information (including recipient name, delivery address, recipient telephone number or email) at any time through the "Delivery Address" menu on the "My VioHi" page. You may also set the most commonly used delivery address as the default address, so that when you next purchase a product, your product will be delivered to your default address if you have not changed it.
(3) Your order information: on PC, you may view all your completed, pending-payment or pending-after-sales orders through the "My Orders" page. You may choose to delete completed orders to remove your order information, but this may prevent VioHi from accurately determining your purchase information and thus make it difficult to provide corresponding after-sales services.
(4) For other personal information you need to access or correct that arises during your use of VioHi's products and/or services, please contact VioHi at any time. VioHi will respond to your request in the manner and within the time period set out in this Privacy Policy.
(5) Information you cannot access or correct: apart from the information listed above, VioHi cannot yet provide you with access to and correction of certain personal information, which is mainly device information and information generated when you use additional functions, collected to improve your user experience and ensure transaction security. VioHi uses such information within your authorization; you cannot access or correct it, but you may contact VioHi to delete it or have it anonymized.
2. Deleting your information
Information that you can directly clear or delete on VioHi's product and/or service pages includes order information, browsing information and delivery address information.
You may request VioHi to delete information in the following circumstances:
(1) If VioHi's handling of the information violates laws and regulations;
(2) If VioHi collects or uses your information without your consent;
(3) If VioHi's handling of the information violates an agreement with you;
(4) If VioHi terminates its services and operations.
If VioHi decides to respond to your deletion request, VioHi will also notify the entities that obtained your information from VioHi to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or such entities have obtained your independent authorization. After you delete information from VioHi's services, VioHi may not immediately delete the corresponding information from backup systems, but will delete it when the backups are updated.
3. Changing the scope of your authorization or withdrawing your consent
You may change the scope of the authorization you give VioHi to continue collecting your information, or withdraw your consent, by deleting information, turning off device functions, or making privacy settings on the VioHi website or software. You may also withdraw all authorization for VioHi to continue collecting your information by canceling your account.
Please understand that each business function requires some basic information to be completed. When you withdraw your consent or authorization, VioHi will be unable to continue to provide the services corresponding to the withdrawn consent or authorization, and will no longer process the corresponding information. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect the information processing that was carried out previously based on your authorization.
4. Canceling your account
You may apply to cancel your account directly in VioHi's products. For the manner in which you may cancel your account and the conditions you must meet, please refer to the "VioHi Account Cancellation Notice". After you cancel your account, VioHi will stop providing products and/or services to you and, at your request and except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, will delete your information.
5. VioHi cooperates with third-party platforms or media ("platforms") to recommend personalized services to you based on your information. Such information includes, for example, your shopping activity on this website, your visits to the websites of affiliated companies, and the interests and hobbies you have filled in in your account settings. The platform only provides VioHi with a window for displaying products; the links in the window content are personalized product display information within the VioHi website and are managed by VioHi. Therefore, VioHi does not provide advertisers with any of your information. Moreover, VioHi has set a blocking function in the recommendation window; you may choose to block advertisements you do not like. If you do not wish to receive VioHi's recommended services on a single platform, please contact the platform to disable them. You acknowledge and understand that platforms are independently operated entities and VioHi cannot manage them.
6. To protect your privacy, VioHi will not, in any manner or through any channel, push promotional or product information involving sensitive content such as religious belief, sex or disease to you.
7. Responding to your requests
If you are unable to access, correct or delete your information through the above methods, or if you need to access, correct or delete other information you generated while using VioHi's products and/or services, or if you believe that VioHi has violated any laws or regulations or any agreement with you regarding the collection or use of your information, you may contact VioHi by sending an email to viohi@foxmail.com or through other methods specified below in this Policy. To ensure security, VioHi may require you to provide a written request or otherwise verify your identity. VioHi will respond to your request within 30 days of receiving your feedback and verifying your identity. For reasonable requests, VioHi will not charge a fee in principle, but may charge a certain cost for requests that are repeated or exceed reasonable limits. VioHi may refuse requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require excessive technical means (for example, developing new systems or fundamentally changing current practices), pose a risk to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical (for example, involving information stored on backup tapes).
In the following circumstances, VioHi will be unable to respond to your request in accordance with laws and regulations:
(1) Where it is related to national security or national defense security;
(2) Where it is related to public security, public health or major public interests;
(3) Where it is related to criminal investigation, prosecution or trial;
(4) Where there is sufficient evidence that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;
(5) Where responding to your request would cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations.
6. Protection of Minors' Information
1. VioHi attaches great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain the written consent of your parents or legal guardians before using VioHi's products and/or services. VioHi protects minors' information in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.
2. In the case of collecting minors' personal information with the consent of their parents or legal guardians, VioHi will only use or publicly disclose such information where permitted by law, with the explicit consent of the parents or guardians, or where necessary to protect the minor.
3. If VioHi discovers that it has collected a minor's information without prior verifiable consent from the parents or legal guardians, it will take steps to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.

VioHi kindly reminds you that canceling your account may cause considerable inconvenience to your after-sales rights protection. After canceling your VioHi account, your information will only be removed from the front-end system of the VioHi mall by VioHi, keeping it in a state in which it cannot be retrieved or accessed, or anonymized. You understand and acknowledge that, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, relevant transaction records must be retained in the VioHi back-end system for 5 years or even longer.
1. If you still insist on canceling your account, your account must simultaneously meet the following conditions:
(1) Within the last month, no sensitive operations such as changing the password or changing binding information have been performed on the account;
(2) You voluntarily give up the assets and virtual benefits of the account in the VioHi mall system, and have no outstanding debts;
(3) There are no incomplete orders or services in the account;
(4) The account has no disputes, including complaints, reports, or being complained about or reported;
(5) The VioHi payment account corresponding to the account has been canceled and all issues under the VioHi payment account have been properly handled;
(6) The account has unbounded all authorizations to log in or bind with other websites and other applications.
2. Once a VioHi account is canceled, it cannot be restored. Please back up all information and data related to your VioHi account yourself before doing so. Please save transaction vouchers, receipts and other materials for the products and services you ordered; otherwise, you may be required to pay additional fees for account and order inquiries, or may be unable to enjoy after-sales services.
3. During the cancellation of your VioHi account, if your VioHi account is involved in disputes, including but not limited to complaints, reports, litigation, arbitration or investigations by national authorities, VioHi has the right to terminate the cancellation of your VioHi account on its own initiative without seeking your consent separately.
4. After canceling your VioHi account, you will no longer be able to use this VioHi account, and will not be able to retrieve any content or information in or related to your VioHi account, including but not limited to:
(1) You will no longer be able to log in to or use this VioHi account;
(2) The profile and historical information of this VioHi account will be irretrievable;
(3) All records of VioHi-related or other third-party services that you used, logged in to, or bound to through your VioHi account will be irretrievable. You will no longer be able to log in to or use the aforementioned services. Balances, coupons, points, qualifications, orders and other items you once obtained will be deemed to have been voluntarily abandoned by you and can no longer be used. You understand and agree that VioHi cannot help you restore the aforementioned services. 6. Canceling this VioHi account does not mean that your account actions and related responsibilities before cancellation are exempted or mitigated.
